The Design And Implementation Of Corporation Channel Remuneration Management System For Jining Mobile

Remuneration policy management covers maintenance of remuneration policy management, condition information of remuneration policy management, senior condition of remuneration policy management, templates of remuneration policy management. Data preparation and synchronization covers management of external data, information queries of business acceptance, unified process configuration, gratuity payment feedback, tax configuration. Statistical consequences and management of remuneration covers level-export and detail-export of remuneration result, binding travel cards and audit of remuneration.A specific code development and a meticulous testing are carried out after the design of the system. At running time in Jining mobile company, the system greatly simplifies the work efficiency and makes the company’s management on a new level with the help of its good performance and scalability.
