The study points out the universal existence insufficiency of the present enterprise in purchasing management, and further studies the reasons behind the phenomenon, and puts forward the necessity of the implementation of enterprise purchasing management and concrete implementation scheme. In the above theory, under the guidance of a high-tech enterprise in Henan province as an example for empirical research, we finally put out a series of optimization of the company purchasing organization and purchasing management measures. The paper summed up the supplier management and assessment process, the key device selection process, purchasing work flow and so on three basic purchasing management method. Using modern information platform and improving the purchasing control ability can achieve supply chain downstream win-win situation. There is a good effect to improve product quality, reduce procurement cost, shorten the purchasing cycle, and enhance the service level in purchasing. Both the supply and the demand change from simple previous relationship of buying and selling to ascend to the current strategic cooperative relations. Greatly improving the market competitiveness of enterprises, but also for the similar enterprise purchasing management maturity development to provide theory and practice reference.
