The Study Of Public Lending Right In Scandinavia

With the trend of International Intellectual Property has intensified and the development of library, the Public Lending Right (PLR) system in some countries has been established. Especially the promulgation of EC92/100, the development of PLR has entered to a new stage. The Scandinavia has the first region which set up the PLR system, the overall development of the system is relatively mature. This thesis gives a systematic description and analysis of the PLR system in Scandinavia from the perspective of legislation background, development process, administration, content of right, source and distribution of compensation, also contrast of the similarities and differences of the PLR system in Scandinavia and discuss the inspiration to our country.
