The Study Of Public Lending Right In Oceania

With the development of Intellectual Property industry, the International Intellectual Property protection has intensified. The foundation of public lending right system(PLR system for short) in some countries and the promulgation of EC92/100 draw our attention. The PLR system of Oceania are distinctive in many countries. At present, there are two countries in Oceania implementing the PLR system. This paper make a study of the PLR system in Australia and New Zealand, including legislative mode,the subject of right,the object of right,acquisition prescription,the administration and so on. With the current condition of China under consideration, this paper discuss the inspiration to our country. Finally, this paper reaches a conclusion.
