Construction And Research A Dynamic Monitoring System Of Land Prices In Cities

The land evaluation gradually stands out from the land management when the innovation of the system of using land in city improves constantly. At the same time, most of the secondary cities and small cities still use the traditional way of land evaluation which takes the manual process as the main means, because the deficiencies in evaluating skills and devices became the obstacle in the information-based constructions. One of the approaches which could deal with the problem is that establishing the information system which fits the secondary cities and small cities.Taking Pingxiang city as the research target, this paper investigated and discussed the monitoring system of land prices in cities in the condition of finishing the inquiry of the land prices and updating the basic land prices in cities in China, establishing the dynamic monitoring system of land prices in cities all over the country and realizing the open query and social service of the information of land prices in cities.The first part introduced the research environment and the conditions in and out of China about the dynamic monitoring system of land prices in cities, and presented the purpose, the content, manners.the procedure of the skill about the research and the basic profiles of the study area. This is the basic and early plan, could understand the research for catching the request of finishing the fastest, most exact land prices monitoring in cities with the convenient, inexpensive and extended system.The second part showed the correlative concepts about the dynamic monitoring of land prices in cities which is the key-point of this paper’s theory. The establishing of the dynamic monitoring system of land prices in cities, which is actually a special approach in the evaluation of land prices in cities, was based on the evaluation of land prices in cities. It could realize the change of the land prices in cities and react soon, which is propitious to the control of the tendency of land prices and carrying the management into execution by the land management apartment.The third part finished the design about the dynamic monitoring system of land prices in cities with the demand analyzing, the design of the framework, the design of the function, the design of the database and the design of the interface.The forth part developed the dynamic monitoring system of land prices in cities with the actual condition. This paper realized the development of the interface and the functions about the system with the C#language in Visual Studio and the interfaces provided by Office software.The last part concluded the research. The dynamic monitoring system of land prices in Pingxiang city realized the procedure of the evaluation by the computer which was finished by people before, integrated the information management of the database with the calculation of the formula, and exported the outcomes with the Word and Excel.
