At present, the modern information technology based on the computer and the network communication is developing rapidly, so the educators put more and more attention on the online testing system. Online testing system thoroughly changed the traditional test which is inconvenient, which changed the ways of traditional examination that the teachers printing paper, monitoring and marking and so on. The new online testing system make our work more time and more effort, more fine atoll, also avoid many man-made error in the exam, greatly improve the efficiency of the exam. Compared with the traditional ways of examination, the modern online testing system has great superiority, because the high-tech penetrated into the system. The online testing system save a lot of manpower and resources, reduce the difficulty of the monitors, especially save a lot of complicated work in later, avoid the human errors, make our exam be more fair, have greatly improved the work efficiency. The appearance and development of online test system is the centralized representation of the education information, also is concrete manifestation of the modern education technology. The online testing system makes full use of the existing resources and technology, which has important practical significance. At present, both foreign or domestic, distance education is booming and flourishing and has higher request to the software. We should train our student to learn developing software to appropriate to it. The way of modern people accept education is more and more enrich. The corresponding way of the education evaluation can’t keep up with the pace of the social change, so the school education has to make corresponding adjustment. All that said, opening The Online Testing System Design such a course is in urgent need.According to the requirement analysis, I develop The Online Testing System Design such a course, which is facing the education technology professional students. This paper begin with the analysis of the demand of the curriculum development, and analyze the characteristics of the learners and the course, put forward the course target, teaching content and teaching method, the main strategy and evaluation standard. I hope that can provide some references for the development of this course. The main chapters in this paper are as follows:In chapter one, the research background, the research significance, the research content and to take the research methods are introduced. In chapter two, the development process of the online testing system and the theoretical foundation of the curriculum development——the basic model of the curriculum development and Schwab’s practical curriculum development theory are introduced. The third chapter mainly from social needs, learners demand and professional development needs three aspects analyzes the demand of the curriculum development. In chapter four, basically formulate the overall goal and the point target of the course based on the analysis of the characteristics of the learners’and the course. In chapter five, basically determined the course contents, which divided into lectures module and experimental module two main parts simultaneously. In chapter six, basically put forward some suggestions of the implementation of this course, the course strategy and teaching methods and so on. In chapter seven, mainly put forward some suggestions about the course management and the course evaluation standards. In chapter eight, the summarization has been made and expectation of the work has been given in the paper, the main research achievements and the insufficiency of this paper are showed, and the further research direction is put forward.Based on Zhejiang Normal University will open the curriculum----The Online Testing System Design next year, this paper attempts to design and develop the practical course. As a courses and teaching theory graduate, I have to cultivate my ability of curriculum development. This paper attempts to design and develop the practical course the online testing system design, puts forward the goal of this course and the main content and the teaching method. I hope it can provide the reference for the development of this course.
