Nowadays, we have entered an efficient society, in the information society of high-tech and the needs of the commodity economic goods high catalyst, the rapid development of the information industry and Internet makes the use of information technology have permeated various fields of social development and plays a more and more important role. Along with the computer science is mature day after day, its powerful function has profoundly known for the people, many of which needs to be on a large amount of information on computer to realize the automation of processing, to realize prompt and accurate information control. In the higher school education teaching management, curriculum management is a kind of very complicated and difficult work. As the popularization of higher education and the increasing enrollment expansion policy of higher education schools, the number of students continues to grow. For a school where there are several thousands or even tens of thousands of students, if it still uses the manual management to manage students’courses, which will undoubtedly increase the difficulty of the curriculum management and educational administration personnel’s workload, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of school management, so the establishment of online course management system is imperative. And with the university’s teaching management systematic and computer networking, the curriculum management system has become an important part of teaching administration. Therefore, the development of the curriculum management system is very necessary, it can make originally relatively cumbersome education teaching aids work become relatively simpler and easier. By this course management system, it also can standardize information management, scientific statistics and fast query, so as to reduce the workload of the curriculum management, to improve students’ curriculum management efficiency, and students’achievement management system software has brought great convenience for teaching offices. The design is according to the demand of Mathematical Information College in Xinjiang Normal University, combined with the knowledge what I have got at my graduate study stage, to analyze and solve the practical problems in the curriculum management in the college. At the same time, by the specific and detailed design scheme, making the knowledge learned into practice, and it makes me have certain practical experience for a software system development steps and database connection, and by the development of the software system, I have a more detailed understanding of the college’s curriculum management model. It will complete the function, which has the following aspects:①the setting of curriculum and basic information input, modification, deletion of curriculum and other managements.(Note:mainly to manually complete the setting of courses)②the arrangement of curriculum, including the classroom, class time arrangement, and other management changes.③The inquiry of the courses, the inquiry of curriculum arrangements.④The query of class schedule, the query of class curriculum arrangements.⑤The entry and management of the exam results, including the entry, modification and deletion.⑥The analysis and query of the exam results, including analysis of exam results of classes, the query and statistics of students’report cards. Considering the security of the system, it also needs the security authentication for users, therefore we also need to achieve the following management functions about the users of system.①The login authentication of the user. Including senior, intermediate, junior, the three permissions.②The user has the highest authority, who can add users, delete users and modify the information of the user.The realization of the design on this topic makes use of SQL database system, VB technology, Asp technology, as well as webpage editing software Dreamweaver, the entire design process includes the following four steps:1. The design of webpage interface and the general structure framework.2. Use the realization of background database and foreground display connections.3. Achieve the functions of all curriculum arrangement and performance management of the college.4. Realize the function of inquiring, according to the database such as the curriculum, class, name, author.
