With the rapid development of society and economy,the demand for high quality talents is increasing,and the contradiction between the growing demand for education and the limited teachers has become a serious problem to many colleges and universities.At the same time,with the fast development of network technology and multimedia technology,network education as a supplement and extension of traditional education,provides the public with more freedom and flexibility,and has become a quality channel for acquiring knowledge.Under the impetus of the construction of national excellent curriculums,the domestic colleges and universities have established Curriculum resource management system,which has become the main development trend of academic information management in colleges and universities.In view of the specific requirements and business process of curriculum resource management,in this paper,the curriculum resource management system is a set of online resource management and online learning system,which is suitable for all professional disciplines,management science,stable operation,safety and intelligence,convenient use and so on.The system is designed and developed by following the thought of software engineering,using the half prototype iteration model,based on the framework of.NET,using C# language and Microsoft SQL Server database.The system is based on the ESB which is based on the SOA,and also the system is assembled by the components which are designed and developed by the specification of SCA and meet the user's requirements.The system has realized the function such as: declaration,review and evaluation of the curriculum,uploading,auditing and evaluation of curriculum resources,document online browsing and VOD,job placement,submission and review,questions management and online testing,notification release and message exchange,personal related business inquiries and statistics,and so on.The system has integrated the single sign on of the school uniform information portal platform and realized the unified management of the basic information,the unified distribution of roles and the unified collection of the system log.The curriculum resource management system can effectively integrate the high-quality education resources in schools and achieve the interdisciplinary knowledge sharing.The promotion and use of the system is beneficial for promoting the transformation of the traditional teaching mode,solving the contradiction between the limited educationalresources and the rapid growing demand for education,giving play to the subjective initiative of students,meeting the needs of individual education,and cultivating the innovative talents.The application of streaming media technology has greatly reduced the workload of teachers.The complete application of the system and the opening up can benefit the people,serve the society,and ultimately improve the image of the school.
