Education decides the future of a country and nation, and is the most fundamental cause of a nation. China has the world's largest education market, also has the largest education book market. Teaching assistant books' marketing ministrial already account for more than half of total ministrial book sales to China, the educational books is closely related to the development of education, which plays an indispensable role. in different age levels of knowledge who wants to consolidate knowledge, improve the ability of knowledge and expand knowledge scope.The book publishing and distribution is a strict state control of the industry, Education books as a special commodity, on the publishing and distribution has been implementing the administrative licensing and franchising. Shaanxi people's education press was founded in 1985, and on October 26,2009, complete with enterprises, is to publish educational books based in Shaanxi province professional press. In this background, study the shaanxi people's education book market's channel marketing has a positive practical significance, as well as the reality needs to conform the trend of the times development.This paper was based on the network marketing channel of shaanxi people's education press education books as the research object, In the press, education books present situation and problems of network marketing channels for the study of the basic clues, To put forward the network marketing channels of education books which suitable for the press as the main line, then arrange the main research contents. According to this idea, with the theories of marketing channels:concept, function and structure of marketing channel and other basic theory as the theoretical basis, and adopt literature research, comparative analysis and field investigation methods to discuss the network marketing channel of shaanxi people's education press education books.
