The main content of thesis is that complete the design of the aluminum production line system basing on servo control algorithm. The control system mainly consists of the programmable logic controller (PLC)and PC control interface.First the thesis introduces the purpose and the significance of the research and describes the development status at home and abroad of aluminum production control system and the overview of servo control system.Analysis the cause of un-accurate position for traveling crane and formulate the choice of the control system’s overall program and select the control mode of full closed loop and establish the structure of control network and communication network.According to the requirement of general control system, the system of hardware and software are designed including the selection of programmable logic controller,servo motor and other functional module.Complete the design of electrical connection diagram.In the part of software design,the logix500programming software is as the system development platform and establish the corresponding I/O functional points and design the control program flow chart and research the algorithm of the reading of the absolute position data. At last complete the design of the monitoring interface of control production lineAccording to the analysis of servo control strategy, the mathematical model of servo motor is established.Analysising of the servo control structure and introducing the fuzzy control theory.The fuzzy pid is used to servo control algorithm.According to expert control rules,the fuzzy controller is designed,and the algorithm is simulated under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink.Compared with the conventional PID and fuzzy PID control,the a unit step signal and sine signal are used to the controller’s input signal,and gain the different output response curve.Summary,the fuzzy PID control has quicker response speed and smaller overshoot and good tracking effect, verifying the superiority of the fuzzy PID control algorithm.
