Based on analyzing and researching the temperature control system ofFRP production line in Qinhuangdao Yaohua Glass Factory, this paper designsa electric-controlled system revolved by PIC, and improves on the controlarithmetic of the system applying with the technology of the fuzzy control andthe PID control, and designs the model of FUZZY-PID controller in this paper,so as to advance the system. Manufacturing technics of FRP production line,temperature control system model's founding, control tactic's selecting andsimulating and the realization of control system are described in this paper.On the controlling arithmetic, by studying and researching the basictheory and method of fuzzy control and PID control in both home and abroad,the writer analyzes the advantage and disadvantage in temperature control ofnumeric PID control system and several complex Fuzzy control systems, andaiming at the character of traditional PID control technology which is good atresolving to complex industrial object of complex, no-linearity and strongcoupling, parameters of altering in time and delay in time, the writeradvances a method of combining the theory of the fuzzy and PID control,which synthesizes the advantage of PID control system in simple arithmetic,high credibility and steady state, and the advantage of the fuzzy control systemin agility and moronity. So a system of FUZZY-PID control is advanced andthe problem of stabilization in temperature control system is resolved. Theresults of simulation and actual running show that this system is stable andreliable with high intelligentizing degree and can satisfy the need of productionwith a control precision of±2 ℃ on the need of 50 ℃.Based on Fuzzy-PID controlling arithmetic, this paper designs anintelligent controller which has AT89C51 SCM as the principal part and canwork intricater data processing and intricate control function. SCM gives outpulse signal to spring circuit then driving triode AC and heat the airtemperature in the heating area of FRP production line after working out thecontrol value through input orders.
