As the cross point of automatic control,production managenment and applied mathematics,production scheduling problem has been a hot spot.Improving the efficiency of production scheduling help to develop the whole level of manufacturing industry.Based on production line of aluminum electrophoresis in WSDer Aluminium Co,LTD in Shandong Province,a special kind of flow shop scheduling problem is researched.According to the characteristics of production line of aluminum electrophoresis, the mathematical model of the production line is established. Immune particle swarm optiminzation algorithm is developed to deal with the static scheduling problem of the production line,with combining immune algorithm and particle swarm optiminzation.Based on the algorithm,advancing speed undating fumular is put forward. It can help develop efficiency of search and avoid getting the local optimal value.The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the algorithm.A kind of particle swarm optiminzation based on combinational rules to solve the dynamic problem of the production line. It adopts rolling window mechanism to cause rescheduling of crane,so that the dynamic scheduling of crane can be gotten.Dynamic scheduling problem can be decomposed into a series of small static scheduling problem based on event triggered rescheduling strategy and cycle triggering rescheduling strategy of the scrolled windows mechanism.The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the algorithm.
