In the study of Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF), the correction of original data and uncertainty analysis for the scientific grade CCD and Optical Streak Camera need the precision data so that we must optimize the calibration scheme.Based on the background of ICF, this paper discusses the structure, working principle and performance of CCD and the Optical Streak Camera, meanwhile, calibrates the light source RS-5B.This experiment optimizes the calibration scheme of dark current and presents the automatic calibration line, and meanwhile contrasts the experiment data with the results based on the Meyer-Neldel rule (MNR), which shows that the experiment corresponds to the theory. We use the high-precision digital light source and test the nonlinearity property of the TEK512×512DB CCD with the two aspects respectively:varying the power density of the RS-5B under definite exposure time, varying the exposure time under definite power density, which shows that the nonlinearity of the CCD is0.66%and0.508%, respectively. According to the calculation result, the nonlinearity of the nominal and actual power has a relative effect10.9%on the nonlinearity of CCD, the time response of mechanical shutter has a relative effect13.98%on the nonlinearity of CCD. Contrasting the two experiment schemes, the last scheme is better. The spectral response of the streak camera is tested, and we obtain the spectral response of the different system gains and incident optical intensity. Finally, some ideas and schemes about the automation of the laboratory will be put forward.
