Streak camera is an important diagnostic tool with both high time resolution and high spatial resolution. Its scanning circuit generate the ramp voltage linearly change with time through avalanche transistor’s avalanche effect. Under the action of electric field force,electronic pulse can get the corresponding scanning speed in the deflection circuit. On account of the transistor’s aging phenomenon,we should calibrate the sweep speed of streak camera and its nonlinearity before making science research and getting data,to ensure the accuracy of the data.This paper design a set of system interface from image acquisition to the image calibration,this system interface which is based on MFC’s extension. The streak camera calibration system’s hardware scheme chose 1M60 area array camera to real-time display images,and the X64-CL_ i Pro digital acquisition card to collect stripe image. Its software scheme calls the interface function of Sapera LT classlib to realize the function of the system main interface. The thesis mainly includes the following aspects:(1) This paper introduced the principle and development of streak camera,using Cam Expert tool to configure camera and acquisition card,and save the configuration file to the specified path. After opening the calibration software,the pop-up dialog box will be prompted to select configuration scheme of specified path to configure the camera and acquisition card.(2) The main interface which is based on MFC multiple documents and multiple views,redesign the bitmap and function of toolbar button through CImage List class. To realize the continuous and the soft trigger command,the toolbar calls Grab() and Freeze() function of Sap Transfer class respectively, and the menu bar includes image enhancement.(3) The calibration function of sweep speed and nonlinearity is realized by CProperty Sheet class,containing magnification calibration tab,sweep speed calibration tab,measurement tab,pulse time measurement tab and pulse space measurement tab. Magnification is the meaning of each pixel represent for physical distance,and according to calibration area of the main interface,we can draw the corresponding pixel graph in which we get the distance between pulse sequence,so sweep speed and its nonlinearity can be calculated. The key step of pulse measurement is to calculate the pulse’s half high width which can complete the measurement of pulse according to magnification and sweep speed. The methods that determine the position of pulse signal is “half high width method”.
