The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation Information System, The State Secrecy Bureau

With the development of information technology and application of graduallythorough, the State Secrecy Bureau in information work has made significant progress.But still can not adapt to the increasing amount of information confidentialityrequirements of treatment, it is urgent to establish a set of office automation systembased on information technology, to improve management efficiency, reduce the burdenof work.This thesis introduces the MVC architecture and the Struts framework, design andimplementation of a B/S based on three layer structure office automation informationsystem. In this thesis, the State Secrecy Bureau technical background and on the basis ofthe actual demand, mainly for office automation information system analysis, designand implementation, focus on the technical details and design thought are discussed. Onthe function of the system demand is analyzed, according to the State Secrecy Bureaupresent situation and actual demand, the system use case model and function model areintroduced. On the basis of this system the key module gives a detailed design,according to the specific situation, in the detailed design of the system including thespecific implementation method and database design.The design of the office automation system can support the State Secrecy Bureauoffice effective information transmission, thereby allowing the Secrecy Bureau toabandon the traditional paper medium manual transmission problems, therebyeffectively improving the working efficiency and reliability. Can provide the processingprocess and the function of supervision, the State Secrecy Bureau within the variousdepartments to achieve an efficient collaboration; in addition, the system should be ableto provide a standard platform for integrated processing and dissemination ofinformation, thereby reducing the unnecessary handover, solving the problems of StateSecrecy Bureau high speed information processing and dissemination process of thesegmentation problem, make work efficiency substantially upgrade.
