Combining with computer and related knowledge, such as multimediatechnology, database technology, information management system knowledge and so on,a set of Network Government Procurement management system for Hekou District,Dongying City is developed in this research subject which is based on.NET technology.First we make analysis of basic functions of the present Network GovernmentProcurement information management system, and propose a Network GovernmentProcurement management system solution for Hekou District, Dongying City. Secondlythrough needs analysis, feasibility analysis, outline design, detailed design, systemimplementation and system testing, the basic function of the management system forHekou District, Dongying City is realized in this thesis. The designed system is basedon the actual situation of Hekou District, Dongying City and makes use of the computer technology to manage the information of the government procurement. It improves theefficiency of government procurement. It also reflects the Government Procurement ofopenness, fairness and impartiality. The main computer technology this research subjectuse includes the.NET technology, database technology based on SQL Server2005, richclient technology based on Flex, the computer information management systemtechnology and so on.
