Currently, Modern vocational school courses have been confined to the classroom,but in the laboratory, and even large workshops and factories. The introduction of alarge number of advanced equipment, laboratories, workshops, equipment safetymonitoring has become an important problem.In the safety monitoring system, wireless communication technologies play agrowing role. Computer network technology into people’s daily lives, reaching out tothe people’s production activities, has also been great development in the field ofindustrial control and security field. Pre-safety monitoring system, there are moremeasured point, the geographic location of the device under test distance away from thesecurity monitoring center, monitoring staff must spend a lot of time, effort and moneyto cloth lines of communication and maintenance, some measured point location of theharsh natural conditions, special conditions, it is not easy to reach, or simply to collectmonitoring information. Final design based the SIMCOM Company GPRS module andmicrocontroller remote wireless security monitoring system. This monitoring systemand laboratory monitoring acquisition devices through the serial port connected to theMCU AT89S52drive GPRS communication module to establish a connection throughGPRS wireless communication network SIM300C with the Internet, securitymonitoring center connected to the Internet to receive the appropriate safety monitoring information, the security monitoring center and laboratory reliable wireless datacommunication monitoring acquisition devices, smart terminal can be achieved.The system uses microcomputer technology, sensor technology, GPRS technologyto design a laboratory surveillance system of the security, the hidden trouble detectionand the power control. The most important role of the anti-theft system is to increase thedifficulty of thieves committing the crime, and notify the lab assistant promptly, andhave a certain deterrent capacity for deterrence.
