Party school administrative personnel as school policy makers andexecutives, its ability and quality directly related to the party school running levelof ascension and running the realization of the goal. Performance assessment isthe human resources management is an important part of the personnelmanagement of a basic work, is organizations at all levels and leadership of thebasic means understanding of the work personnel. To strengthen and improve theparty school administrative staff of performance appraisal is the current build ahigh quality, the high efficiency of the administrative personnel team needs, is toenhance management level, and enhance the party school party school of thenecessary conditions for the core competition.
