| In recent years, with the increasing investment of construction projects andcontinuous expansion of the scale of construction, the bidding management throughoutthe world has been developing for a long time. With the provisions of relevant policies,bidding activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the principle of open, fair,fair to the procurement of a variety of projects in order to optimize the way ofpurchasing. With the emergence of Internet and the rapid development of informationtechnology, the amount of information is increasing to an exponential level of growth,the traditional information storage, management and treatment cannot be well adaptedto the rapid economic development. In order to improve the efficiency of theimplementation of bidding activity, to ensure the correctness and the reliability of thebidding results, people started to use computers to handle complex information, andinformation transmitted over the network.Based on the actual needs of the bidding work in the Sichuan Electric PowerCompany, the paper implement the design ideas of J2EE which based on MVC to builda three-tier architecture of Sichuan power grid project bidding management system,designed and developed a database system and the corresponding sub-systemarchitecture, which will be the bidding activities from the plan submitted to thecomputerization of business and workflow of the evaluation calibration and biddingprocess with a computerinstead of traditional manual methods to achieve integratedinformation service system of bidding activities design; bidding program, publishingand bid on registration, evaluation, awarding, query and other functions, therebyenhancing the Sichuan Electric Power Company bidding for work management,specification management process, improve investment returns, the maximum guaranteeof strokes tender of openness, fairness, justice, human factors greatly reduceinterference from management to prevent the breeding of corruption. |
