Research And Implementation Of Hydro Power Project Bidding Management System Based On J2EE

Hydropower station construction is a integrated project with the characteristics of large-scale and much Investment. In the course of construction, enterprise need to purchase a large number of project,goods and service. According to the laws and regulations,all kinds of procurement activities must carry on by bidding parrent. Procurement by bidding pattern can obtain the most optimal project,goods and service via spending a little money, finally save the construction funds and guarantee the quality. With the computer and network technology rapid development,estalishing efficient and smart bidding management system which can guarantee the normative of bidding behavior and the professional of judging bid. On this condition,the enterprise can improve the efficiency of bidding management and reduce the intervention of human factors in the bidding course. By this way, enterprise can guarantee the equity , just and publicity of the bidding.This paper analyzes the business goal of hydropower station bidding management system. Firstly,on the condition,this paper analyzes the total requirement of the hydropower station bidding management, and then deeply analyzes the functional requirement and non-functional requirement. According to the requirement,this paper establishs the business model of system using UML model tool,including business process model and functional model. Secondly,on the basis of requirement and function model, this paper designs the system total function layout. This paper designs system multilayer architecture and the framework architecture based on Spring and Hibernate of system by the layered principle of J2EE.Thirdly,the paper concretely designs a series of modules on those parts which are judge bid expert management, bid tenderee management and bid course management by UML model. Fourthly, based on the analysis of system data,the paper designs the database E-R model and logical data model of system. This paper also introduces system develop environment and introduce the system key technology. Then give some codes to introduce the system realization.Finally, this paper sums up the whole ariticle and gives future prospects of the study on the system.
