As the rapid growth of the requirement in high-speed data services, the3G system is gradually losing attraction to the subscribers. On the other hand, LTE (Long Term Evolution), which is brought out by3GPP, would form a technical bridge between the next generation of mobile broadband and UMTS. Equipped by the popular technologies of OFDM and MIMO, LTE has greatly increased the system bandwidth and data speed of mobile communication. Furthernore, with the commercial use of3G Femtocell, the system of LTE Femtocell is becoming more and more attractive to the researchers.As one of the most important component for TD-LTE Femtocell system, PDCCH provides the system with accurate uplink and downlink channel control information in order that the UEs could precisely receive and decode the signals form eNodeB, and correctly choose the the format of the information and the allocation of the resources. The technology is researched deeply and a new algorithm of bilind detection of DCI is brought out and simulatied. Also, the whole link is implemented on the MSC8156.The physical layer of the downlink of the system is introduced firstly, which includes the transmitt structure, the time and frequency-domain resources of LTE system. Furthermore, the downlink transmission and subcarrier mapping structure, that is named OFDMA, are analyzed. According to the specs, resolutions, and references, the transmitter and reveiver of the PDCCH of the system has been focused and carefully analysed. Thus, a model of PDCCH of LTE is designed and simulate.Because the condition of the channel of TD-LTE Femtocell is stable than other systems, it is not necessary to carry out frequently SR signal and PCFICH signals. As a result, a new blind-detection algorithm, which need not decode RS signal, PCFICH and PHICH channels, is brought foward. The united simulation of the transmitter and the receiver validates the algorithm and finishes the whole functions of PDCCHThe transmitter of PDCCH has been implemented and tested on the MSC8156, which has proved the correctness of the blind algorithm and the DSP implementation.
