In modern data testing field data generator as the common digital signal source can produce a large volumes, complex diversified high speed digital excitation signal. With the rapid development of modern science and technology level, the working speed of the equipment is improved and its system function is also becoming more complicated, so that the data output rate and storage depth of data generator is requested higher, and the graphic data storage need to use the high-speed mass storage device.With the continuous development of storage devices, dynamic memory brings great boost to the high speed data flow produce technology research and development. This paper first introduced the working principle of high speed data transfer in the dynamic memory, and studied the reading and writing data process of dynamic memory. through the analysis data generator function and index requirements, the paper proposes the dynamic memory as graphics data storage, and use asynchronous FIFO dynamic memory to cache output data in order to achieve the requirements of seamless data output. The total design project of high-speed data flow produce system based on dynamic storage is determined.Then according to the data output characteristic of data flow produce system and the read-write data process of dynamic memory, the control circuit of data output based on dynamic memory and the DDR2memory module which can read and write to the dynamic memory correctly and put out graphic data seamlessly are designed. Finally the high speed double channel data flow produce system with2Gbps data flow output rate and single channel256Mbits storage depth is achieved.The interface module design between the data generation control system and the upper machine control system (Arm as control core) is completed, which makes the data signal communication between PC and the data generation system. Finally the the high speed data flow output in variety of trigger patterns and operation mode is achieved.
