The status of development and utilization,conflict between land supply anddemand, or the local market on the importance of the smooth development of the realestate market,all require to establish the object-oriented tracking and managementsystem of construction land granted;By exploring the development of land informationsystems, domestic construction of tracking and management system of construction landgranted and the problems, this thesis’s content, objectives and the problems intended tosolving, was put forward, based on the existing land information system in Land andResources Bureau of Xuzhou.The thesis expanded from these aspects: the contextualmeaning of system’s development, business requirements analysis and overall program,design of the system,implementation of the system and so on.System-building needs analysis was narratived from several aspects: thebackground of the system construction, business requirements analysis, functionalrequirements analysis, data requirements analysis, the general scheme of the systemconstruction also was described.Object-oriented tracking and management system of construction land granted wasdeveloped by the net framework2.0, Oracle10g database software platform andobject-oriented C#language. This part designed the framework of the system, functionof the system, database and so on.System structure was divided into two aspects of thebusiness of maintenance and operational applications. Business maintenance, includestracking information of the parcel maintenance and tracking reports produced;Business applications, includes the tracking results show and the user management ofthe parcel. In the design of database, the conceptual structural design, logical structuredesign, physical structure design was done for spatial database system.Systemfunctional design was divided into the login screen, report statistics, parcel ledgermanagement, monitoring, management, monitoring results to export.Three-tier modelwas used,and the dynamic management of construction land granted regulatory is themain line to system, Spatial data and attribute data on a server is called in the ArcSDEdata; System settings, data import and management, maintenance, authentication, permissions management and other functions are realized by C#. NET language.Ultimately the object-oriented monitorin and management of construction land granted.Implementation of object-oriented tracking and management system ofconstruction land granted was done.The construction land dynamic supervision,information, statistics and other functions was runned.The research and development of this article is Summaried, functionality of thesystem, the inadequacies were described, and new development needs were proposed.
