As a scarce and non renewable resource,land is the most basic and fundamental wealth of a country.Mastering accurate data of land use status is the fundamental guarantee for the country to implement the sustainable development strategy and build a well-off society in an all-round way.It is also the basis for effective protection of cultivated land,rational development and utilization of land ecological environment,and rational and scientific planning.The third national land survey is a national land survey project.The state aims to directly grasp the land use status through this survey.This survey requires to find out the land type,ownership and nature of each piece of land.How to use the knowledge learned in the "the third survey" project to solve the problems encountered in the specific project is a problem faced by every worker.Based on the project of "the third survey" in Da'an City,this paper first expounds the overall work idea of "the third survey",and then explains and expounds the key and difficult points of the work and the difference with "two tunes" in combination with the actual experience of participating in the project.In the next part of the database construction,the content,main element attribute structure,data source applied in the work,internal work collection,field investigation,Internet proof and other aspects are discussed in detail,and the solution to the technical problem of fast extraction of key map spots is given.At the same time,it introduces the database quality inspection rules in detail,classifies the common errors encountered in the project and gives the corresponding modification methods,which focuses on the four major types of labeling problems such as Township merger,forest land and other issues,as well as various types of land extraction problems,carries out Python programming processing and the user-defined tool construction of mode builder in ArcGIS,and achieves the task of batch completion The purpose of business and greatly improve the efficiency.The third part of the paper is based on the results of the first database of the third land survey of Da'an City,combined with the results of the second survey,to summarize the changes and flows of the types of land use,analyze the reasons for the differences,and find out the main problems in land use.At the same time,combined with thedatabase of the second survey in 2009,the database was changed in 2016 through the process of complex data format unification,the three phases of database in the initial period of "the third survey" were used to predict the land use status of Da'an City in2025 by using IDRISI software and CA-Markov model,and the prediction results were analyzed and recommended in combination with the specific situation and relevant policies of Da'an City,which provided a basis for the sustainable development of land use and economic construction of Da'an City.
