Database Construction And Information Management Of Rural Collective Land In Cangxi County

Cadastral management is the basic land management of the countries,however,with the development of economic construction and the transfer speed acceleration of land,previous cadastral management can not reflect the current situation and the developing trend by the dramatic increase of the cadastral number and the frequent updating of the information as well as the map,meanwhile it cannot adapt to the increasing amount of business requirements.Therefore,it is in need of a automatic cadastral information office system to meet the needs of cadastral management,which set records,query,management,dynamic updates,network publishing as a whole.Database of land is a professional database.It is an information management system,which implements for business as the main line and integrates graphic and text.It mainly includes graphics editing and management,query statistics,the registration and management of land use right and the other function module.Finally,database of land make the work of land management scientific and information,laying a solid foundation for the construction of "digital city" and "digital land".This article based on date of the projects of registration and certification of the rural collective land right verification in Cangxi County,Guangyuan City,Sichuan Province.At the same time,processing of data in the process of construction and survey preparation of data before storage is also discussed.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly,this paper introduced the concept of land database,then analyzed and discussed the development of domestic and foreign cadastral database and construction background,pointed out that the urgency of establishing the construction of rural land database in our country.Based on the above,the purpose and significance of the construction of land using database in Cangxi County were introduced.Then,in the field survey and processing industry to focus on the preparation process before the construction of the database.Meanwhile,the problems that was found in the process of building the database are analyzed,discussed and summarized,which includes the processing of storing data,attribute data entry,storage of image data and some other problems.As the storage software,KQ software makes the database storage efficiency improved and guarantees the accuracy and the standard of the data.Lastly,the design and application of the rural collective land database in the network management of land registration and certification were researched and analyzed.Structure of Web GIS technology,the advantages and the design are introduced in detail.Based on Web GIS technology in the building of Cangxi County Rural Collective Land certification information management system,realizes the rural collective land information release on the Internet,government departments can use system of effective management of the land information.And the role of the database in the land change survey,basic farmland protection and land surveying and demarcation were discussed.Database realizes the information management of land resources in our country improves the utilization of land resources and protects the land rights of the people.
