The Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration System

Vocational education is most closely associated with the economy in the educationsystem. With the rapid development of China’s economic construction, vocationaleducation system is being improved and innovated continuously. A lot of manpower,material and financial resource are invested in it by the government and community. Agood teaching management is an assurance of improving the level of management andenhancing the working efficiency of the office.it also provides better service for theteaching work.This thesis describes the design and development of the teaching managementsystem in Jing Zhou Vocational Technical College. At first the needs are analyzed indetail, the entire system is designed by the thinking of modular design. It is divided intothe part of application and the part of database, including the system setting module,student management module, teacher management module and input and output moduleetc. The part of database uses Microsoft Server2000database, the other part uses VC++6.0as development tools. The results of test show that meeting the needs of ourschool.The system can do unified management about all teaching information of ourschool, reducing the workload of manual registration, statistics and other trivial work,realizing paperless office and enhancing the working efficiency.
