The Design And Implementation Of Personnel Information Management System Based On Web

As the development and universalness of computer network, information management network has become the necessity of development. Research institute of mechanical and electrical of Southwest Jiaotong university doesn’t has its own manger systems for personal information, causing they cannot share resources of institute and cannot distribute notes in time still.Based on Web technology, this paper researched and designed information management system for researchers, this system achieved the informatization and standardization of personal information management, it provided a platform for information exchange as starting point for researchers and achieved the purpose of sharing resources among staffs.Introduced the necessity and importance of information management system in this paper, and analysed the totally business demands of technical staff information management system. Submodules of this system, such as user management, manger region, personal region, information sharing region and network forum, were designed by UML. Conceptual structure of database was described by E-R diagram, and based on demands analysis of database and conceptual design of data model, list structure of database was established.Through the study of object-oriented programming, this system integrated practical demands of institutes, using B/S three layer construction, applying the technology of ASP.NET2.0and using development environment of Visual Studio2005, in addition, SQL Server2005was chosen as backend database of this system. Every functional model was designed in detail in this paper, and the key technology for achievement of system design was introduced at the same time, the implementation of every functional model was described in detail.The practice shows, the system designed in this paper has friendly interface, easy operation, practical function, can quickly refer and update data simultaneously, it can be put into use after repaired.
