Along with the development of financial information system, issues involved inavailability of operation system have attracted more people’s attention than ever before.Owning to the fact that the operation platform which has friendly interface and matchesman-computer interaction and user requirement will remarkably improve the workefficiency, decrease the probability of mistakes of user’s operating, enhance the awarenessof client and promote the system image and competitiveness, it is the future tendency anddirection of software development and system design that researching and developing thetrade information system which matches the man-computer interaction, user experience andframework of humanism mind model. As far as trade center is concerned, improving theuser experience of system will play an important role in improvement of product quality andlevel of service, establishment of brand image and increasing the market share. As thefinancial system is involved in numerous transfer and interaction of information, how tocommunicate with computer more efficiently and conveniently, how to enable dealer andclient, even general public, to more conveniently, efficiently and comfortably achieve therequirements of different operation, which constitute the idea of “availability” concerned byuser experience and are also the critical issues that this investigation and paper are supposedto address.First, this paper begins from the point of departure that ameliorating the availability offoreign exchange trade system, building up characters’ models through interview, carryingout an investigation on users’ satisfaction by questionnaire, and then comprehensivelyanalyzes the problems in functions, interfaces and use processes based on216questionnaires. Second, the conclusions obtained from this analysis will be used toameliorate the system. At the last of this paper, the availability of user-based model methodis tested not only for verifying the scientificalness and rationality of conclusions, but alsofor providing a new available method for design and development in the future.
