The Design And Implementation Of Asset Management System For Shandong Yingcai Institute Training Center

The promotion and application of information technology and the continuous development and utilization of information resources bring convenient and efficient management to all walks of life. The information management is developing in scope and depth. Also, it is a challenge that we do asset management in colleges by information technology. Shangdong Yincai School is going through a rapid development, reflecting in school condition, research and innovation capacity as well as all the hardware and software facility. However, the existing information asset management system can not support the daily work. Thus, it is necessary to research and develop a asset information management system that suits the actual working condition and requirement. The asset information management system is born based on the demand.Taking Shangdong Yincai School as an example, this paper analyzes the actual requirement, then discusses the design and implementation of asset information management, and finally completes the system. First of all, this paper makes an analysis on the specific needs and the operating environment. Then, comparing the advantages of different platforms, it chooses to establish a three-tier structure on NET platform, based on B/S architecture. In order to support complicate data query, the system combines table and view. Data sharing in asset information management system is achieved by data import and export mode. The system uses microsoft.net development paltform and c#language through the microsoft visual studio2010development tools. Considering the database compatibility and data amount generality, it uses microsoft SQL server2000for database support. Considering user-friendly and efficiency, it uses AJAX technology.The asset information management system designed by this paper brings efficient, convenience and accuracy to the asset management in Shangdong Yincai School. Besides, it includes many other additional functions, such as asset intact rate statistic, consumables management, data import and export.The system could be used as a reference for developing similar system for high schools.
