Design And Implementation Of Information Management System Of Commercial Banks

As the continuous development, improvement and maturity of science and technology,computer software and hardware, the people feel that they bring to enormous changes about life of human. All kinds of information management systems which applied in all fields of society have become the dominant function in network information management field of human society and are playing a more and more important role.At present, the transparent management and network management of the computer of existing large state-owned banks(ICBC, ABC, BC, CBC, BOCOM to pay the top five banks)the information management have been achieved. A lot of small commercial banks do not realize information management and network management. With the international financial crisis and competition, a lot of small commercial banks in urgent need to establish a set of effective, clever, safety and intelligent information management system to realize the electronic information management. Playing the advantages of rapid and automatic processing information of computer make the information system of commercial banks intelligent, in order to improve employee's work efficiency and the service quality, satisfy customer's demand and enhance the competitive power of banks.This article describes the banking background and the situation of development about information management system at home and abroad and analyzes functional requirements of the system with method of cases. We determine the system framework through analysis of overall target of the bank information management system structure, B/S model of system, multi-layer structure and interactive way of each layer. The detailed design of system which is based on the Agent technology includes the detailed design of three layers structure and each function module. It is more clear and definite about the system design to describe the function and operation process of each module with structure chart and flow chart.In the paper, the function modules of information management system of bank mainly include management module of bank product information (deposit and drawing information management, loan information management, credit card information management, Online Bill Payment information management, manage finances information management, wiring information management, commission business information management, clearing operations information management, and so on), management module of customer information (basic information management, account information management, consumer information management, credit analysis, statistics and analysis of information, maintenance of field information, and so on), management module of employee information (basic information management, performance information management, e-mail information management, notification information management, information management of banking news, and so on), center module of search information (searching module of a variety of data and information), warning management module and system management module. In the implementation process of the system about all functional modules, we analyze and describe page design and operations process of module and give specific implementation technologies, the source code of some function modules and running the environment about the system.
