In order to raise the efficiency and quality of special assets disposal, Commercial Bank is eager to improve the information-based level of special assets disposal. It also helps to standardize the disposal process. Based on the above points, Commercial Bank organizes and implements the project of special assets disposal platform in detail. From the perspective of platform design, application architecture, logical architecture and physical architecture are mentioned, and the integration and performance requirement are also analyzed. Technically speaking, Commercial Bank's special assets disposal platform adopts multi-layer architecture which is an open-source solution based on J2EE standard, with easy-to-implement, loosely-coupled, highly-scalable, and other characteristics. From the theoretical point of view, the platform emphasizes flexibility and standardization.Based on the current situation of special assets disposal, the thesis focuses on business and technical implementation of special assets disposal platform. And also the thesis focuses on the target, principle, methods of the platform. The platform includes foundation management, assets acceptance, report management, etc. The major works are as follow.(1) The summary and detailed design of special assets disposal platform.(2) The detailed design and programming of assets acceptance module. The thesis is based on the software engineering theory. It describes the implementation process of system from various perspectives which include requirement analysis, framework and database design, development environment configuration, testing, and other aspects of programming. Finally it points out further integration of the special assets disposal.
