With the rapid development of social economy, the national more and more concerned aboutdiet and health. Nutritional evaluation and diet intelligent decision support system related tothe human body and dietary standards for objective evaluation and on this basis to meet thenutritional standards of diet provided formula intelligent decision support system.Based on Fuzzy-pareto-dominance PSO and ontology knowledge in nutrition anddietary evaluation of the application of decision-making, mainly to complete the followingtasks:(1) Introduced the basic principles of particle swarm optimization and multi-objectiveoptimization concepts and model and analysis of the classical multi-objective PSO and atypical Fuzzy-pareto-dominance PSO. Because of the limitations of premature convergence ofthe algorithm, proposed with tabu search and an improved dynamic weight adjustmentstrategy of the Fuzzy-pareto-dominance PSO. Experiments showed that the improvedalgorithm in the ultra-multi-objective optimization problem had more advantages.(2) Introduced the basic concepts of ontology knowledge base. Ontology knowledge basetechnology, combined with the field of nutrition, nutritional evaluation proposed model ofontology knowledge base and gived the nutritional evaluation based on OWL ontologylanguage. This model system described the abstract structure of the field of nutritionevaluation, the establishment of linkages between concepts, to achieve an efficient reasoning,knowledge sharing and retrieval capabilities, improved knowledge of the intelligence.(3) The algorithm had been applied to dietary intelligent decision support system, adetailed description of the algorithm implementation. The simulation results showed that theimproved algorithm over multi-objective optimization problem had obvious advantages couldprovide relatively satisfied with the catering results. From the application point of viewproved its effectiveness.(4) Combined algorithm based on Microsoft Visual Studio2008environment, used C#,SQL server database technology, designed and implemented intelligent decision supportsystem architecture, developed the C/S version of the system prototype, a reasonable diet forthe nutritional evaluation and guidance.
