Wenzhou CRH tailgate crash, which was occurred about20:30thenight of23in July2011, had a major and far-reaching impact on thenational social, and led to many different levels of thinking in thecommunity. This paper combined qualitative analysis method andquantitative analysis methods, used content analysis and frameanalysis to explain in more detail the Peoples Daily, Southern MetropolisDaily "and" New York Times "the difference of the accident reports.Through analyzing Wenzhou CRH tailgate crashs News text analysis, welook forward to examining how three newspapers reproducted the traincrash, and to exploring the different nature and the different positionsof the mass media reproduce the regularity features of similar incidents.And the same time, we do an audience survey to investigate theaudiences framework of the accident, and on this basis, to explore theimpact of audience on the accident cognitive factors, and how mediaframes and audience framework directly associated.This study found that the Peoples Daily is a political force under thecontrol of the government response framework to reproduce accidentsas the leading reality. Southern Metropolis Daily accident reflection andresponsibility to pursue the framework of the market economic systemled to reports of the accident. The New York Times is presented in theframework of critical reports in the national interest as the leading.Factors and impact of political stance, news philosophy and culturalvalues make the three newspapers report the same incident frameworkto show the similarities and differences inevitable. We found that theaudience framework was subjected to the media frame throughquestionnaires, but the audience framework continued to break andsupplement the media frame. Finally, the framework of the formation ofthree newspapers reported cause analysis of our party newspaper and Metropolis major public emergencies reported to make somesuggestions.
