Southern Metropolis Daily accident reflection andresponsibility to pursue the framework of the market economic systemled to reports of the accident. The New York Times is presented in theframework of critical reports in the national interest as the leading.Factors and impact of political stance, news philosophy and culturalvalues make the three newspapers report the same incident frameworkto show the similarities and differences inevitable. We found that theaudience framework was subjected to the media frame throughquestionnaires, but the audience framework continued to break andsupplement the media frame. Finally, the framework of the formation ofthree newspapers reported cause analysis of our party newspaper and Metropolis major public emergencies reported to make somesuggestions.
