In an era embedded products could be touched everywhere, theapplication filed of extends from original identification management toconsumption, access control, business and so on. And vehicle electronic tagsis a kind of electronic tags (belongs to embedded products) which setsidentification and business in a body. The meaning of vehicle electronic tagsnot only make the realization of ITS(Intelligent Transport Systems)ossible,more important is that it brings certain economic benefit and great socialeffectiveness.Therefore, the research and designation for vehicle electronictags contains particular significance.First, from the point of engineering economics, Delphi method isapplied to choice the main chips for vehicle electronic tags and it builds twooptional programs. There two programs are compared in the evaluation foreconomic indicators and the possible risks are also assessed. After the aboveprocess, the last program about vehicle electronic tags is determined.Second, from the design perspective, power supply circuit to supportthe hardware function, liquid crystal display circuit and wirelesscommunication circuit are designed in the way of primary introducing thecharacteristic of chips and then explaining and interpreting with the circuitdiagram or sketch map. In the design for software aspect, easy rules are used.After the main process being determined, the display process and interruptprocess begin to design. To comply with the easy rules, interrupt nesting arenot supporting and global allocation strategy is used. For the antenna design,ripe and classic algorithms are applied. The design process adopts the HFSS11.0to do the simulation analysis and the simulation result indicated theantenna design reached the requirement.In the end, the function of this product is tested and verified fromseveral aspects such as sensitivity test, car test in the test site, ETC (Electronic Toll Collection)ehicle lane test and so on. The commonly usedtesting method black box testing is introduced to do the whole test, and atthe same time necessary instruments and equipment are used to record theresults. The test result manifested the target function (main function) ofvehicle electronic tags could reach and it conforms to related standards.
