Along with economic development and income levels increase, many peoplechoose driving cars,motorcycles,electric cars when they travel.It makes thecongested city traffic more crowded,especially the large number of non-motorvehicle often occupy the vehicle lanes,reverse drive,overload and are stolen.Howto manage them effectively is a big problem to solve.RFID is used in warehousemanagement,automatic toll collection system,logistics,security and other fieldsbecause its advantages of contactless,highspeed,strong anti-jamming capability,longdistance,high accuracy and so on.Using RFID technology to manage non-motorizedvehicles could effectively solve the problems caused by them,and it is verymeaningful.Based on the current management of non-motorized vehicles,the paper designs anon-motor vehicle management system which use RFID as a core,the system consistsof two parts:the information collecting equipment,including Vehicle tags,key tags,RFID reader device,and the information processing software.The first,detailedanalyse the existing vehicle management technology, proposes a intelligentmanagement system based on RFID technology.To manage non-motor vehicles,thoroughly research the theory of RFID technology.And then designs the hardwareand software,divides function modules according to the actual requirements of thesystem.Next,designs the hardware circuits and program of the RFID reader,key tagsand vehicle tags and other key equipments,finally describes the installation anddeployment process,the test results proves that the system meets the designrequirement....
