As RFID technology continues to evolve and the complexity of enterprise-class applications increased, the industry has become aware that, testing, analysis, and verify feasibility and reliability of speech is a must before putting RFID system into actual use, based on which this paper focuses on proposing optimization strategies to meet the enterprise application standard or baseline, and reduce the maintenance cost of the post-deployment system. In this article, in exploring enterprise-level RFID application scenarios, exploring and designing different RFID applications based on the testing program, we focus on the computer simulation system of RFID test, take advantage of this system to test and to analysis of enterprise-class RFID scenarios, and provide adequate technical preparation and decision support.This paper firstly presents enterprise-class RFID application scenarios, including the RFID tag's location pasted on the box, RFID antennas' deployment location, angle, quantity in RFID system. Then, make a detailed analysis and design of threshold testing method, samples test model, RFID tag data filtering technology, the establishment of RFID simulation deployment model and graphical modeling and simulation of virtual reality technology in the deployment of RFID System.Subsequently, this paper focuses on PSO optimization model and its applications in RFID Tags and Antenna Simulation Deployment System. And the optimization model Suitable for RFID sample point traverse based on PSO is designed, which combines the theory of PSO prototyping and the basic method of samples testing and takes the general laws of the samples RFID performance.Finally, this paper describes the design and implementation of RFID Tags and Antenna Simulation Deployment System, make a strong validation of the superiority of the PSO optimization model upon global scan test solutions after a quantitative data analysis. Then, an experimental test is done with RFID Tags and Antenna Simulation Deployment System which has been achieved. This paper reaches a good validation results on graphical modeling module, reader control modules, as well as integration test modules and achieves the research objectives on provideing data and technical support for enterprise-class RFID system solutions. |
