As market demand increases, businesses are using different marketing methods to attractcustomers, such as membership. Many marketing methods to attract customers have verygood effects, such as a wide range of discount cards. Businesses often promote their sales ofmerchandises with joint efforts. Membership management has become increasingly complex,entailing the need to share and exchange the marketing data. How to solve these problems?This paper will give the answer. This involves a joint business management system,incorporating all the information with regard to merchants and users as well as marketing, thepurpose is to provide better services for businesses and members.This paper mainly involves:1.When the business alliance is established, how to sharetheir data to ensure data security? Detailed analysis shall be presented. The sharing ofbusiness data model is also designed.2. This paper analyzes the business and commercialactivities between the Alliance; a business plan for the system design is featured, with thepurpose of enabling them to operate more flexibly.3. This paper analyzes the members’consumption data as well as the marketing methods of the businesses. A consumption datamodel is designed with the purpose of enabling members of different businesses to be betterintegrated.4. Through the establishment of business Alliance, the system can help achieve thegoal that each individual client owns one card and consume at many places.The platform has already been put in operation to help facilitate the joint marketing ofbusinesses. The system can help businesses to affiliate marketing, to achieve data sharing ofthe original members among the businesses, but also to realize the independence of thebusiness and alliance marketing activities.This model can also bring great convenience tomembers thanks to merchants’ alliance, for members can easily become a member of otherbusinesses, and enjoy preferential policy of other businesses.
