At this time when there has been an increasingly fierce competition in the tobacco industry, company needs to master market information timely, comprehensively, accurately, to understand the purchase, sales storage information in commercial enterprises. According to the market demand, combined the enterprise own actual conditions, ensured the effective supply, company needs to work out a cigarette sale plan rationally, to meet the market demand and to provide service for consumers. At the same time, company needs to master timely accurate information of the various points of production. According to market demand, company needs to organize and coordinate the production of timely and orderly manner to meet the requirement of"to organize the product sources according to the orders from the customers; to organize the productions according to the orders from the customers"to enhance its core competence. In view of the business requirements above and enterprise information technology, cigarette sales plan management system need to be developed.According to the requirements of the cigarette sales plan management system, the thesis focuses on the analysis procedure characters of marketing plan development in tobacco enterprise, and studies the formulation methods of the cigarette company's annual and semi-annual, monthly sales plan, then forms a cigarette sales model which is more scientific, rigorous, consistent business management process. The thesis lays down an overall framework of sales plan management and designs of the main modules of the function, then puts forward data stream model of sales plan management and designs key database table, gives the ER diagram and the detailed design of the system class diagram designed detailed. Finally, to meet the system availability and scalability, the thesis uses SOA architecture to implement data exchange among various business systems, integrates all data which were scattered in the various original information systems, and summarizes and prospects the system.The sales plan management system provides a unified operation platform for the marketing department to develop plans to meet the market demand according to the market demand. By integrating the State Council, all aspects of commercial enterprises and their data, using information technology tools, considering comprehensively all factors affecting sales, the thesis provides support for the marketing department to do requirements gathering in sales areas, to make sales targets and plans, to supervise sales process and to do material logistic tracking; it increases the precision and consistency of decisions for the marketing department, solves preferably the production, sales balance, timeliness of information processing, and personnel efficiency of operations.
