This paper introduces the basic structure of fuzzy controller, and is composed of severaltypical fuzzy controller has the advantages of simple structure and characteristic of the fuzzycontroller, through the analysis to determine the subject adopts fuzzy solution method is thecenter of gravity method, and draws the conclusion, fuzzy control with PID control to thecontrolled object parameter variation and strong ability to adapt to constant change, and thereis no need to know the mathematical model of the control object. At the same time this paperdiscussed in detail the steady-state accuracy to improve the fuzzy control methods, based onthe study and comparison of several kinds of controller, this paper puts forward to the furnacetemperature control using fuzzy+PI (or PID) controller, control method for such a system isin the universe with different sectional control mode.Because reheat furnaces are serious non-linear, uncertain and strong coupling et al.,optimal setting control of reheat furnaces is a problem of modeling, control and optimizationfor complex and mutual related systems, it is difficult to achieve good result of optimal settingcontrol by conventional technology.Due to the above properties, This article elaborated the fuzzy control principle andcontrol method quite in detail a kind of optimal setting control method of reheat furnaces ispresented. This means that, by combining the overall requirements for production targets withthe characteristics of the heating process, modeling and optimal setting control of reheatfurnaces are investigated. And the control scheme combining the expert control to the PIDcontrol with self-adapted parameter was put forward which proves practicable in simulatedtests. By using the PLC equipment with the practical and reliable technology and advancedquota, with the features of the walking reheat furnace, the useful and practical controlarithmetic is designed; has carried on heating furnace temperature PLC control system design,including the control section hardware configuration and the furnace temperature controlsystem software, Has guaranteed the overall system fast response, stable and control accurateusing the PLC control.
