The subject of this paper is designs for PID controller toolbox based on MATLAB/Simulink/GUIDE, it mainly consists of research background and object, MATLAB language, Simulink environment, GUIDE graphical user interfaces design environment, PID control theory and design, graphical user interfaces designed by GUIDE for PID controller tuner.In the first chapter it pointed out the research background and object, specified the PID controller tuner for industry process in the background of system, model, and system simulation. In the second chapter, it introduced MATLAB language, Simulink simulation environment and the general situation, characteristic, use of GUIDE tools. In the third chapter, it explained the PID controller designs, and introduced PID controller theory, plant model reduction, and some controller tuner methods. In the last chapter, it shows brief introduction, demonstration and designs for PID controller toolbox, it offered users visible tools of PID controller tuner.
