In the digital media era, set up the TV channel brand concept has become TVindustry and the video shows good living condition factor, have individual character ofthe whole selling point channel has started in our LABS for attention.This paper first from TV concept of digital art, discusses the digital mediabackground, the traditional media and digital media of different transmissioncharacteristics, and the digital medium innovation characteristics.
