Nowadays, the world is facing the more and more serious problem that the quality of the products tends to be the same. However, the development of TV channel is also facing the same trend. It is that we pay lots of attention to the innovation and freshness of culture consumable that makes the competition among TV channel brands more furious. So making the brand of TV channel has been the problem which is paid most attention to. As the import protection of extending the TV channel brands, the package of TV channel has been regarded. Nowadays, the packages of TV channel pursue the strength of the whole image of channel, rather than external individuation and fashion. However, they turn to the unionization of package of TV channel. So the systemic and scientific study of package of TV channel with new perspective could be propitious to perfecting theory system of package of TV channel, remedying the blank resulted from the lag of package of TV channel, clearing the venation of the theory development of package of TV channel, mastering the trend of the package of TV channel reasonably.In order to provide the convenience that we could have the systemic and scientific knowledge about the package of the TV channel, the TV media workers have the general grasp the development of the package of the TV channel. This paper explains my own theory of the TV media and studies the meaning of the brand of TV channel, the concept of the package of the TV channel and the current situation of the package of the TV channel reasonably. Then beginning with the image package of the TV channel on the basis of the five principles of the package of the TV channel:principle of uniqueness; principle of integrity; principle of simplicity; principle of openness; principle of advantage, it explains on-air packaging and off-air packaging in detail separately. During the course, it interprets the content of the package of the TV channel with dialectic perspective, connects on-air packaging and off-air packaging tight and provides TV workers forceful theory protection.The paper takes the whole package of the Ri Zhao Education and Urban Channel as example, combines with the analysis of the material and kinds of reasons, sums up some discipline and character of the brand image package of the TV channel, and analyses the package of the TV channel from the following three points:the theory package of the TV channel, action package and image package. With referring to material and network resource of the Ri Zhao Education and Urban Channel, beginning with the connotation humanity mental of Ri Zhao, the paper analyses the self-location and content-location of the Ri Zhao Education and Urban Channel, explores the dialectic relationship of action package and image package with macro and micro points, finds the development advantage and problems of the package design of the Ri Zhao Education and Urban Channel, and looks into the future of the package of TV channel in out country.
