Nowadays,the science and technology are developing rapidly.With the development of the science and tcchnology,the electric power system is also developed,to improve the reliability and real-time of the distribution network is the current goal.The distribution network based on PTN,as one of the methods to ensure that the electric power system could work stabily and safely,is one of the critical infrastrcuctures of the electric power system.As the reliability and real-time of the system is very important to the distribution network based on PTN,this paper presents that the IEEE1588time synchronization is applied to meet the strict requirements of the system.The OPNET is employed to analyze the performances of the network.There are some main requirements to consider during the construction of the experimental network,such as the reqirement of the dispatching automation and the dispatching management automation,the requirement of the electricity consumption acquisition,especially the developing requirements of the electric power system.In order to meet those requirements,the technology of triple-tiered design is employed to construct the distribution communication network proposed in this paper.A experimental distribution communication network model is established by the PTN technology,the OPNET network simulation software is used to analyze the performances of the distribution network.The delay performance of the network with different network scenarios is studied and the main factors may be getted.A scheme to improve the delay perform of the network is proposed.Finally,the reliability indexes of the communication network and the traditional reliability assessed methods is introduced.For the deficiencies of the traditional methods.the gray relative analysis method is used to analyze the reliability of system is presented in this paper. This method may avoid the interferences from the subjective factors via analyzing the relationship of two factors.The key factors influnced the reliability of system can be obtained by analyzing the data of different parametric networks, and the way to improve the reliability would be implemented.
