This paper first analyse the lately development and present researchful state of NCS, then generalize the exsiting problems and research production and technique. Next this paper discuss the delay time and the damage to NCS of it and bring forward a new way of delay time compensation to make up the insufficiency of anciently ways.Firstly the background and the important significance in research of NCS are expatiated; then the key significance of delay time to NCS is explained. The research production and research ways of anciently research are summed up. Then modeling and stability of NCS of both continuous system and discrete system are analysed ,which prepare for the next research.To one NCS with delay time less than one sampling period, observer is firstly set up to compensate the delay time between sensor and controller,simulation proves the validity of compensation. Because the delay time between controller and actuator can't be previsouly got at controller ,observer can't be used. So grey prediction is introduced to predict the stochastic delay time to get predictive value. Then observer can be used to compensate the delay time between controller and actuator.Finally industry Ethernet is discussed and studied .Because the delay time are mostly long delay ,grey predication can't be used. To the model of small flux and aperiodic industry Ethernet,queuing theory has its flaw,so improved algorithm is brought forward.
