Research And Implementation Of Contract Management System Based On Private Chain

With the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology,the form of contracts has gradually changed from paper materials to electronic files,and the way of contract management has also gradually changed from paper document management to data information management.However,due to the high requirements for confidentiality of contract information and the potential security risks in the Internet,the development of contract management systems is still in the stage of auxiliary management or only used in LANs,and the improvement of contract management efficiency is limited.Therefore,a contract management system that can ensure the security and privacy of contract information and can be used on the Internet is particularly important in the current situation.This article takes contract management system design and blockchain technology research as the main research content,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and application scope of the current contract management system,and studies the principles and implementation methods of blockchain technology.And on this basis,this paper designs a private chain system for storing contract data and a contract management system that can be used on the Internet to ensure the security and confidentiality of contract information.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Analyze and study the function and scope of the contract management system at home and abroad.The problems and shortcomings of the current contract management system are expounded.From the perspective of improving the efficiency of contract management,the extent to which the management system that can run on the Internet improves the efficiency of the entire process from contract drafting to termination is studied.(2)Analyze and research the current principles and implementation methods of blockchain technology and related theories and technologies involved.Combined with Internet technologies such as blockchain technology,encryption technology,and network technology,a private chain system that can run on the Internet and is used to store contract data is designed.The private chain system has the characteristics of decentralization,immutability and autonomy of blockchain technology,and encrypts the stored data.(3)Based on the analysis of the contract management process and the research of private chain technology,a contract management system that can be used in an open interconnected network is designed.The management system can guarantee the security of data storage on the server and the security of data transmission in the public network.(4)Based on the above research and design,a contract management system based on private chain technology was developed and implemented using relevant technologies and frameworks.This system can be operated and used in the Internet while ensuring the security and privacy of contract data.The efficiency of contract management has been greatly improved.
