Research And Implementation Of Asset Management Program Based On The SNMP Protocol Of Electronic Tags

With the incoming of economic globalization, the asset management is now widely used in enterprises management and occupies an important position. In order to adapt to the demand that the market has brought forward with the competition, asset management, asset management is more and more important in enterprises, in the past, paper labels to manage the device is imperfect, and it also requires a lot of manpower and resources to inventory equipment, bringing the problem if the asset management data incomplete and can not be shared with other departments.In addition,RFID tag management systems are expensive and existing hidden privacy and so on, there are many factors that can not be extended.Therefore, the development of corporate assets electronic tags management system has very important significance. In addition the rapid development of information technology makes many new technologies emerging, including J2EE (Java2Enterprise Edition) technology is the mainstream of enterprise-class system application technology,using the J2EE technology and SSH Framework program of implementing asset management to solve enterprise problems is a good way. The electronic labeling system based on SNMP protocol is just the application solution of KingSoft software company according to the needs of the actual asset management.Based on the related technologies of J2EE, SSH, SNMP, the Web Service, we research and design the electronic label of the SNMP protocol and implement the SNMP electronic tags of enterprise asset management program, combined with the development of OA system and the interface of the SAP system to complete asset management purposes.The entire asset management program is divided into three parts to develop, respectively, one is a small electronic tag system, the OA system compared data to show, the SAP system and OA system interaction. It contains eight major functional modules,they are timer task modules, IP segment split function module, the transfer of label information in the SNMP protocol modules, the electronic tag information query module, IP database maintenance module, RFID tags the basis of data query module, the interface module of the SAP system and compared to the query function module.In the paper,the author using the characteristics of the custom fields of SNMP management protocol, written the tag information to the SNMP management protocol, To use SNMP4J plug-in Java and SNMP protocol communication for getting the label information, and then complete the SAP system and OA system interface through the Web service technology to obtain equipment asset information, and show the assets data detailed information on OA system in the form of statements to manage the assets comprehensively.It solve the problem that the wear of paper labels and it accomplish remote inventory to saveing a lot of manpower and resources and improve the fixed assets management efficiency.It also can monitor the host IDC room. Monitoring each host performance can timely and effective viewed the work of a host,and this program is an innovative management model in the way of enterprise asset management.
