In recent years,wireless sensor network technology has developed rapidly,and it has been widely used to environmental monitoring fields such as temperature sensor, light intensity,soil moisture and so on.Flammable and explosive warehouse environment can also be supervised by this technology.This article introduces an information collection node used in blasting which was developed based on ZigBee wireless sensor network technology;the node is a fundamental part of the monitoring and early warning system.This invention was developed according to the Anhui Province scientific and technological projects which named blasting operation and civil explosives safety warning system. Its function is to collect the blasting information,and transmit wireless remote data through transmission of ZigBee network to gateway or GPRS module.This article mainly explained the design of node hardware including the hardware and software.Hardware was designed based on the functional requirements of the entire system to select components,including the selection of the microprocessor, a variety of environmental sensors,GPRS module.Then design the hardware circuit on the basis of the working principles.The circuit includes design of the basic circuit of the microprocessor CC2530, the power module circuit;the GPRS level conversion circuit, and all kinds of environmental sensors.In the process,I also made the atmospheric pressure sensor substrates PCB board according to the characteristics of the atmospheric pressure sensor chip pin. Software designs, including:the design of the colleetion procedures for a variety of environmental sensors and wireless communication program GPRS module.Acquisition program design of the sensor used the timing diagram of the various sensors and communication to design their drivers.the program including the AD collection procedures.a single bus protocol procedure and I-C protocol procedures.GPRS module and CC2530communicate through the serial,so as to control the work of the GPRS module by the configuration of AT commands and make the remote wireless transmission of CC2530collecting environmental information through GPRS module come true.
