With the development of information technology, application of multimedia are becoming increasingly popular, LED panel has been widely used in modern society, after the Olympic Games, World Expo and Asian Games, LED panel become more popular. In the LED panel system, the control system is the soul of the whole system, which directly determines the display effect.LED control system consists of hardware and software, most of the control cards are similar, but the software is flexible. The pannel interface is special, traditional data can not be transmitted directly to show in the LED pannel, the data need to be organized, after the data organization, information can display normally. In summing up the existing data organization and data transmission structure, combine with the bit plane of gray-scale image, draw another data organization, in this way a variety of data organization can deal with together, data organization will be more convenient, intuitive and clear. In addition to simplifying LED control system development, system design combined with the open source operating system μCOS-II, provide a set of API functions for LED development, the subsequent development can directly call system functions, more attention are paid to the upper design to make better products.After completing the tasks of data organization, combined with the subject application background, design a large-screen control system for station situation, the station be moved to the LED panel, show the station. Some of the commonly used equipment such as railway, railway switch and other equipments can establish digital models, and stored in memory, when LED pannel is used to display the station, places the equipments in the corresponding position of the LED pannel, through programs to control the status of the equipments of the station. The way can make display flexible, when station circumstances changed, the display information can be changed flexibel, equipment placement also very flexible, as long as the display area is big enough, so the system can quickly place many different stations. After the equipment placement, then we can transfer to the LED pannel to display. Combine with data organizational principles to process the information, and transferred to show. This digital model is also applicable to other scenarios.Data organization as a starting point, bit-planes theory is used to organize the display data, and deal with different situations of data organization; Establish digital models for equipments, combined with the data organization and process data, then control the station status.
