The Research And Realization Of Troubleshooting Decision Support System Of Railway Signal Equipment

Railway is an important transport mode of our country, and railway signal device is major facility able to command the train and improve the efficiency of transport operations management. Therefore, ensuring the safety of the signal device has become an important part of the railway security work.At present, the maintenance work of Railway are generally dependent on the experience of maintenance staff, the major way to execute fault diagnosis is through field investigation. In fact, in view of the complexity in the use of railway signal device control system, lots of reasons can lead to the signal device fault. We can see that simply relying on artificial methods to deal with faults can not meet the current situation anymore. Developing a railway signal fault diagnosis expert system provides fault location and be able to provide an effective maintenance suggestion quickly is an important research issue in urgent need.Based on the project "Railway signal device troubleshooting decision support system", there are three modules in this thesis:Firstly, I make analysis on the mechanism and work processes of railway signal device failures maintenance, design and realized the railway signal device failures maintenance expert system, providing solutions and decision support for the signal device failures.Secondly, in the thesis I make exploratory research on the priority problems of fault treatment, design and realized the sorting flow of multi-failures. Putting forward a way to sort the failures, which can ensure that a major fault being dealt in the first place.Finally,On account of the deficiency of current maintenance, this thesis make deep research on the failure maintenance flow, putting forward to use work order as supervision of failure treatment, designes a flow of work order management to ensure that the signal device failures can be dealt with promptly.
