In modern life, the improvement of crop quality is an important issue. Artificially induced polyploid technology can make plants produce good change. So we need to monitor and control the environment of induced polyploidy. The control system is the core of the system. The current environmental monitoring and control system consists MCU, IPC and PLC industrial systems. The control system is ineffective, lack of expansion, but the cost is too high. So we need the control system with better performance, scalable capacity, low cost. Using the advanced XILINX FPGA is a better way to design a monitoring and control system. This paper is based on this point to design and research the measurement and control system.In the first chapter, the paper mainly introduce the method of inducing polyploid, and give some introduction of current status as well as developments of environmental monitoring and control system, and topics background and work system.In the second chapter, we design and select the system hardware based on the analysis and compare of some kinds of control programs of environment measurement control system. And design the environmental acquisition sensor hardware circuit schematics, and PCB. After welding circuits, we connect to the sensor to FPGA. Applying the Microblaze controller to build the hardware system in XPS, then we assigned the pins to the FPGA, and preparation of the UCF file, at last generating the hardware bitstream file.In the third chapter of this paper, we analysis the main control algorithm and some kinds of advantages of intelligent environment monitoring and control system. We choose the program after comparing the different kinds of options, and decide to adopt the fuzzy-PID control algorithm. Do the analysis of the theory of algorithms, simulating the algorithm, and giving the algorithm simulation diagram.In the fourth chapter of this paper, we design the software of the monitoring and control system of environment, analyze the main module of timing sequence, give the software design flow chart of the module, and do the basic set and initialization of the main controller. Generating ELF executable file under the SDK software development platform.Finally, in conclusion, we point out the meaning and shortages of this design and some work needed to do in future.
